Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 merupakan pandemi akibat infeksi virus baru bernama severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). Penyakit ini menyebar melalui droplet pernapasan sehingga penyebarannya sangat cepat. Hal ini memberikan dampak kepada setiap elemen masyarakat terutama tenaga kesehatan yaitu perawat. Salah satu dampak dari pandemi COVID-19 adalah kecemasan. Pada penelitian sebelumnya, didapatkan perawat yang mengalami kecemasan ringan, sedang dan berat. Kecemasan menggambarkan perasaan khawatir, takut dan rasa tidak tentram yang dapat menimbulkan gangguan konsentrasi dan berfikir yang diduga akan berpengaruh kepada kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecemasan dengan kinerja perawat rawat inap di RS Banyumas sebagai rujukan pasien COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 88 perawat di RS Banyumas. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner secara online. Hasil penelitian diperoleh tingkat kecemasan perawat tergolong ringan (68,2%) dan kinerja perawat mayoritas dalam kategori baik (95,5%). Hasil uji statistik menunjukan tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan kinerja perawat, dengan hasil analisis menggunakan metode spearman didapatkan hasil (p = 0,356; p > 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan kinerja perawat rawat inap di RS Banyumas sebagai rujukan pasien COVID-19. Kata kunci: COVID-19, Kecemasan, kinerja perawat. The COVID-19 pandemic is a pandemic due to infection with a new virus called severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). This disease spreads through respiratory droplets, so it spreads very quickly. This pandemic has an impact on every element of society, especially health workers, nurses. One of the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic is anxiety. In previous studies, nurses experienced mild, moderate and severe anxiety. Anxiety describes feelings of worry, fear, and insecurity that can cause disturbances in concentration and thinking which are thought to affect the nurse’s performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the relation between anxiety levels and the performance of inpatient nurses at Banyumas Hospital as a referral for COVID-19 patients. This study used an observational analytic method with cross sectional design. The sampling thecnique used simple random sampling with total number of responden is 88 nurses of Banyumas Hospital. The data were collected using online questionnaires. The results of this study obtained the responden’s anxiety level was classified as mild (68,2%) and the performance of inpatient nurses was in good category (95,5%). The results of statistical test show that there is no relation between anxiety level and the performance of inpatient nurses, with the result of analysis using the spearman method is obtained that (p = 0,356; p > 0,05). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is no relation between anxiety level and the performance of inpatient nurses in Banyumas Hospital as a referral for COVID-19 patients.
