Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy, risk tolerance, motivasi intrinsik dan persepsi kebebasan dalam bekerja terhadap minat mahasiswa menjadi wirausaha. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 110 responden mahasiswa FEB Unsoed yang telah mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan mengedarkan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Self efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha. (2) Risk Tolerance tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha. (3) Motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha. (4) Persepsi kebebasan dalam bekerja berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha.
