Abstract
Kesehatan merupakan keadaaan sehat secara fisik, mental maupun sosial dan bukan hanya keadaan yang bebas dari penyakit, cacat maupun. Penanganan penyakit dapat menimbulkan efek samping dalam pengobatannya. Alternatif penanganan penyakit dapat dilakukan dengan cara farmakologi maupun salah satu non-farmakologi. Salah satu yang dapat di terapkan terapi non-farmakologi dapat di terapkan dalam menurunkan stres dengan melakukan hipnoterapi.
