Abstract
This research entitled "Cost And Revenue Of Sugarcane Farming in Sokanegara Village, Kejobong District, Purbalingga Regency". The purpose of this study is to determine the cost, revenue and efficiency level. This research is done by using research method with primary data, data obtained from interview and questionnaire. The number of respondents is 72 farmers of sugarcane, of which there are 34 farmers owning land area > of 0.5 Ha, and 38 farmers have the land area < of 0.5 Ha. The result of revenue analysis shows that sugarcane farming in Sokanegara Village, Kejobong District, Purbalingga Regency have provided profit for farmers. The results of the efficiency analysis show that sugarcane farming with a land area of > 0.5 ha has a R / C ratio of 3.0, and farmers with land area < of 0.5 have R / C ratio of 3.2. Sugarcane farming as a whole has provided benefits to farmers in Sokanegara Village, Kejobong Subdistrict, Purbalingga District. This sugarcane farming business can continue because it has provided benefits to farmers. To obtain greater income farmers are expected to use certified seeds, in this case the role of government is expected that the use of certified seed can work well by facilitating the procurement of capital or by providing certified seeds for farmers. ni.
