Abstract

Abstrak STUDI KASUS PENGARUH KOMBINASI TERAPI MUROTTAL DAN SLOW STROKE BACK MASSAGE (TIMUN MAS) UNTUK MENURUNKAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA LANSIA Millenia Artis Shintia1, Lita Heni Kusumawardani2 Latar Belakang: Lansia merupakan kelompok penduduk yang berusia 60 tahun ke atas dimana pada usia tersebut akan mengalami penurunan fungsi kesehatan termasuk penurunan fungsi jantung yang salah satu penyakitnya yaitu hipertensi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penanganan yang tepat untuk menurunkan tekanan darah, salah satunya yaitu terapi murottal dan slow stroke back massage. Studi kasus ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi terapi murottal dan slow stroke back massage (TiMun Mas) untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada lansia. Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi kasus pada tiga lansia yang mengalami hipertensi di Desa Kemutug Kidul, Baturraden. Intervensi yang diberikan berupa kombinasi terapi murottal dan slow stroke back massage yang dilakukan dalam waktu 3 hari selama 15 menit. Pengukuran tekanan darah dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah terapi. Analisis data univariat disajikan dalam frekuensi distribusi sedangkan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil: Gambaran tekanan darah klien mengalami penurunan dengan rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik dari 187 mmHg menjadi 141 mmHg dan diastolik dari 102 mmHg menjadi 81 mmHg. Hasil uji Wilcoxon didapatkan sig. (2-tailed) sistolik bernilai 0,008 dan diastolik bernilai 0,012 dimana kedua nilai tersebut <0,05 Kesimpulan: Hasil studi kasus menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian kombinasi terapi murottal dan slow stroke back massage (TiMun Mas) terhadap penurunan tekanan darah lansia. Therefore, proper treatment is needed to reduce blood pressure, one of which is murottal therapy and slow stroke back massage. This case study aims to determine the effect of a combination of murottal therapy and slow stroke back massage (TiMun Mas) to reduce blood pressure in the elderly. Method: This research was conducted with case studies on three elderly with hypertension in Kemutug Kidul Village, Baturraden. The intervention provided was a combination of murottal therapy and slow stroke back massage which was carried out within 3 days for 15 minutes. Blood pressure measurements were performed before and after therapy. Univariate data analysis is presented in the frequency distribution while bivariate analysis uses the Wilcoxon test. Results: The client's blood pressure description has decreased with an average systolic blood pressure from 187 mmHg to 141 mmHg and diastolic from 102 mmHg to 81 mmHg. Wilcoxon test results obtained sig. (2-tailed) has a systolic value of 0.008 and a diastolic value of 0.012 where both values are <0.05. Conclusion: The results of the case study showed that there is was significant effect of giving a combination of murottal therapy and slow stroke back massage (TiMun Mas) on reducing blood pressure in the elderly.
