Abstract

The title of this research is the influence of human resource on the quality of government financial report with internal control system as moderating variable in Ministry of Tourism. This research has two purposes (1) To determine the influence of factors of human resources on the quality of government financial reports in the Ministry of Tourism, (2) To determine the influence of the Internal Control System capable of moderating factors of human resources on the Quality of government Financial report in the Ministry of Tourism. Population used in this study are all employees in the financial, accounting and internal control system unit in Ministry of Tourism Indonesia. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with total sample of 61 financial employees. Data collection technique in this research used is the enclosed questionnaires and linear regression is used to analyze the data. Research result showed that the variables of Information Technology Systems, Training and internal control system has positive significant influence on the quality of financial report. Different from others, Competence variabel has positive result and no influence an the quality of financial reporting.
