Abstract
Sampah merupakan salah satu masalah yang cukup serius di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Pada tahun 2023, Jawa Tengah menjadi salah satu provinsi yang menghasilkan jumlah timbulan sampah terbanyak di Indonesia, dengan jumlah timbulan sampah sebesar 5,51 juta ton. Timbulan sampah yang membludak dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya faktor kondisi geografis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemodelan jumlah timbulan sampah di Jawa Tengah dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi geografis atau spasial tersebut. Model regresi spasial yang dapat diterapkan yaitu Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR). Model GWR merupakan sebuah pengembangan dari model regresi linier dengan menambahkan faktor lokasi sehingga model yang dihasilkan bersifat lokal. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, diperoleh faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi jumlah timbulan sampah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2023, yaitu jumlah penduduk dan Pendapatan Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) per kapita.
