Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas, financial leverage, arus kas operasi, pertumbuhan penjualan dan inventory turnover terhadap financial distress perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan minyak dan gas bumi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan minyak dan gas bumi yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia periode 2012-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 7 perusahaan. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari website resmi www.idx.co.id. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress. Financial leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress. Arus kas operasi berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress. Sales growth berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress. Inventory turnover berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan minyak dan gas bumi yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia.
