Abstract

This research was aimed to know the ability of Aospirillum spp. and incubation time needed to increase nutrition quality of rice bran waste and tapioca waste mixtures. Experimental method was applied employing factorial treatment arranged in a completely randomized design. Factors consisted of type of isolates (KKI, JG3,PRD2, mixture of the three isolates) and incubation times (T0 = O hour, T1 = 72 hours, T2 = 96 hours, and T3 = 120 hours). Each treatment was replicated twice. The results showed that combination of incubation time of 120 hours and mixture of the three Azospirillum isolates gave the best nutrition value of fermented rice bran waste and tapioca waste mixtures.
