These factors encourage Z generation to access information more easily and Z generation to become young investors. This study aims to examine and analyze the behavior of individual investors, especially the millennial generation and Z generation, in making stock investment decisions from the aspects of knowledge, accounting literacy and perceptions of behavioral control. The population in this study is members of RHB (Rashid Hussein Bank) securities which are the millennial generation and Z generation. With a sample of 161 people. The validity test of the questionnaire using the SPSS 16.0 calculation will be compared with the r table value at 5% significance and the reliability test is calculated using Cronbach alpha. The research data analysis technique is multiple linear regression to test the research hypothesis using the t test and f-test using the SPSS software application. From the results of hypothesis testing (t-test) the results show that there is a positive and significant influence between knowledge, accounting literacy and perceptions of behavioral control on investment decisions. So, it can be said that the hypothesis is accepted.
