Abstract

This research analyzes the Financial Reward, Work Envinronment & Professional Recognition on Student Interest Become Public Accountant. The research data was conducted through a survey with a quantitative approach. Data obtained as primary data and collected through a questionnaire. The population in this study is the entire Student in Faculty of Economic of Jenderal Soedirman University. The research sample used convenience sampling, and the data obtained was 133 respondents. Data analysis using IBM SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that financial reward variable has a positive significant effect on student interest. Work Envinronment and Profesional Recognition variable do not have a positive effect on student interest.
