Abstract
Background : Students have academic and non-academic demands, students who are active in organizing are also required to be active in the organization. Students who have a lot of demands must have a high level of resilience. Resilience or resilience of the individual is required to be able to get out of the problem experienced. This study aims to find a picture of the level of resilience of students who are active in organizing based on internal and external factors. Methodologi : The research design uses a quantitative descriptive research method with a cross-sectional approach to identify phenomena and focuses more on factual data. The research was conducted at the University of Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. The sample used was 91 and analyzed using univariate analysis. Result : The majority of respondents had a high resilience to internal factors of 62 people. (68,1%) And the middle category is on an external factor of 82 people. (90,1%). Conclusion : Respondents are female and from the nursing major. The resilience picture of students who are active in organizing is in the highest category based on internal factors while the category is based on external factors
