Abstract

The digital era has changed the paradigm of communication, including in the field of online presentations which are now the main method in education, business, and public communication. However, challenges such as limited direct interaction and nonverbal expression can hinder the effectiveness of message delivery and reduce audience engagement. In response to this problem, Bicarapede Academy is present as an interactive training platform that aims to improve online presentation skills through a technology-based approach and intensive practice. This study aims to analyze the concept of interactive online presentations and the integration of actor networks in the digital platform implemented at Bicarapede Academy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study show that the integration of digital technology with interactive learning methods, such as simulations, group discussions, and the use of visual aids, can significantly increase participant engagement. This approach not only strengthens participants' theoretical understanding but also allows them to hone practical skills through exercises in a digital environment that resembles real conditions. In addition, the existence of an alumni community and advanced training programs provide opportunities for participants to continue developing their skills. Thus, Bicarapede Academy has succeeded in creating an innovative, adaptive, and responsive learning ecosystem to the needs of online presentations in the digital era. This study provides insight into the importance of technology integration in digital communication training and its impact on the effectiveness of online presentations.
