Abstract

The primary objective of this job training report is to develop a bilingual e-booklet that describes and introduces various trains operating in the PT KAI DAOP 5 Purwokerto area. This e-booklet presents a comprehensive overview of thirteen rail lines originating from PT KAI DAOP 5 Purwokerto, namely: The following trains are included in the report: Serayu train, Sawunggalih train, Kutojaya Utara train, Kutojaya Selatan train, Logawa train, Kertanegara train, Purwojaya train, Kamandaka train, Joglosemarkerto train, Wijayakusuma train, Malioboro Ekspres train, Cakrabuana train, and Sancaka Utara train. During this job training, some activities were done: edutrain activities for children by assisting them in understanding the world of railways through educational tours and interactive activities. The implementation of this job training report involved the utilization of three primary methods: observation, interview, and documentation. To this end, observations were conducted both directly and indirectly to obtain data and information from PT KAI DAOP 5 Purwokerto staff. To ensure the integrity of the data and identify effective solutions, interviews were conducted with relevant stakeholders. The objective of these interviews was to explore the potential for introducing and promoting train services in the region. In addition, the documentation was collected from official sources that are the property of PT KAI DAOP 5 Purwokerto. The process of producing this e-booklet involves several systematic writing stages, namely prewriting, drafting, editing, revising, and publishing, with the objective of producing a final product that meets the expected standards. During the implementation of job training report, several challenges were encountered, including a paucity of references to similar products, a limited timeframe, and an absence of available data sources. However, these obstacles can be overcome by searching for additional data independently through the internet, documentation, and various other sources. Moreover, the involvement of the Passenger Transport Unit proved to be of significant assistance in the development of this online publication.
