Abstract

This job training is entitled "Creating Condiment A'la Carte Menu in English at Elsotel Hotels". Job training report was prepared based on the results of job training carried out on 01 March – 04 April 2022 at the Elsotel Hotel. The purpose of this job training is to create a menu book, in which there was pictures, food names, condiments, and food and beverage prices in the hotel restaurant, namely Asarasa Restaurant. In carrying out this job training, there are two methods used to collect data, namely interviews, and observation. Interviews were conducted by asking several questions to the Supervisor and Executive Chef about the condiments found in each food and drink. The result of this on the job training is to create a menu book using six methods namely, illustration, text, typography, color, size, and layout. Where using these six methods can create the desired menu book design. Then the results of job training can also produce a menu book that can help restaurant guests choose food and drinks.
