Abstract
This research is a survey research on village government officials who serve as village financial system application operators in Banjarnegara district. This research is entitled: "The Influence of the Quality of Human Resources, Training and Facilities on the Effectiveness of the Village Financial System with the Role of Village Assistants as Moderators (Survey of Villages in Banjarnegara Regency)". The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the quality of human resources, training and facilities on the effectiveness of the village financial system. The number of respondents taken in this research was 125 respondents. The method used to determine respondents was the purposive sampling method. Based on the results of research and data analysis using SPSS, it shows that: (1) Quality of Human Resources has a significant positive effect on the Effectiveness of Using Siskeudes, (2) Training has no significant effect on Effectiveness of Using Siskeudes (3) Facilities have a significant positive effect on Effectiveness of Using Siskeudes, (4) The role of Village Facilitators does not influence the Effectiveness of Using Siskeudes, (5) The Quality of Human Resources influences the Effectiveness of Using Siskeudes with the Role of Village Facilitators as a moderator, (6) The Role of Village Facilitators does not moderate the influence of Training on the Effectiveness of Using Siskeudes, (7) Facilities influence the effectiveness of using Siskeudes with the role of village assistants as moderators. The implication of the conclusion above is that to increase the effectiveness of the use of the village financial system, it is best to pay attention to the quality level of village apparatus resources, increase intensive siskeudes training, optimize the level of facilities so that they comply with proper specifications. Increasing the role of village assistants, by increasing the quantity and capacity of village assistants.
