Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan sosial, efikasi diri, internal locus of control dan beban kerja terhadap burnout pada Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 105 perawat diambil dengan menggunakan metode proportional random sampling, didapatkan 84 responden sebagai sampel. Data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) dukungann sosial tidak berpengaruh terhadap burnout, (2) efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh terhadap burnout, (3) internal locus of control tidak berpengaruh terhadap burnout, dan (4) beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap burnout.
