Abstract
This research is a survey of Kindergarten Teachers in Purworejo Regency. This research takes the title: "The Influence of Job Demands, Job Resources and Calling Orientation on Kindergarten Teacher Job Satisfaction (Study on Kindergarten Teachers in Purworejo Regency)". This study aims to determine the effect of job demands, job resources and calling orientation on the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in Purworejo Regency. Respondents who participated in this study were kindergarten teachers in Purworejo district as many as 101 respondents with the sampling technique used was Convenience Sampling. Based on the results of research and analysis of multiple linear regression data shows that: (1) Job Demands have a negative and significant effect on the job satisfaction of Kindergarten teachers in Purworejo Regency, (2) Job Resources have a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction of Kindergarten teachers in Purworejo Regency, (3) Calling Orientation has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in Purworejo Regency. The implication of the results of this study is that the level of job demand for kindergarten teachers in Purworejo district is relatively moderate. an activity. Principals need to make and pay attention to how to reduce tension from teachers, this can be done by making gathering or outbound programs for kindergarten teachers. The level of job resources for kindergarten teachers is quite good, however, there is something that must be considered, namely clarity in carrying out tasks. This means that principals need to make provisions or standard operating procedures that can be used as a guide for kindergarten teachers to be able to carry out their duties properly. When viewed from the aspect of high calling orientation conditions and their impact on good job satisfaction, kindergarten teacher managers, whether principals or PAUD services, must always build an understanding of how being a teacher is a fun job and has a real contribution to the nation's intelligence. Therefore, training and internalization of the world of education in the community is very necessary.
