Abstract
This research is entitled the influence of work motivation, work environment and compensation on employee performance at PT. Fajar Gelora Inti Mandiri. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation, work environment and compensation on PT. Fajar Gelora Inti Mandiri. The hypotheses in this research are 1) work motivation (X1) has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance (Y), 2) work environment (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). and 3) Compensation (X3) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). The population in this study was 65 employees at PT. Fajar Gelora Inti Mandiri, while the sample in this study was 56 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. By using SPSS. The research results show that 1) motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance 2) the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance 3) compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results show that 1) motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with t count (1,802)>(2,008) and significant 0.077<(0.05), 2) work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with t count (3.875)>(2.008) and significant 0.000<(0.05), 3) compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with t count (3.566)>(2.008) and significant 0.001<(0.05). The implication in this study is that the management of PT. Fajar Gelora Inti Mandiri should also increase better motivation, and need to improve the performance of good employees, then provide appropriate compensation if employees get good performance.
