Abstract

A house is a building for residence for each individual. The purchase of houses is getting more difficult and the needs that must be met by the community, the purchase of houses is increasingly difficult, for people at the lower middle economic level. Thus, the purchase of subsidized mortgages among the community becomes a very attractive option. Over time, many housing developers sell housing units at low prices. This study examined demand preferences based on the criteria of subsidized and commercial houses in Banyumas Regency using logistic regression analysis. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of variable subsidized house prices, commercial house prices, income, housing locations and housing facilities and housing administration procedures on the preferences of subsidized and commercial housing demand in Banyumas Regency. The data collection used primary data collected from 108 respondents using questionnaires directly to the research site. The results showed that subsidized house prices, commercial house prices, consumer income, housing locations and housing facilities and housing administration procedures affected subsidized and commercial housing preferences in Banyumas Regency. In part, there are two variables that affect the preference of subsidized and commercial housing demand, namely the variable commercial house price and income. This variable has an effect on increasing one's preference in buying commercial housing in Banyumas Regency.
