Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh citra restoran, kualitas makanan, dan ruang lingkup jasa terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen Solaria Rita Super Mall Purwokerto. Metode dalam pemilihan sampel didalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, regresi sederhana, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan F-tes, koefisien determinasi, T-tes adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Ruang lingkup jasa berpengaruh positif terhadap citra restoran. (2) Kualitas makanan berpengaruh poitif terhadap citra restoran. (3) Citra restoran berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (4) Kualitas makanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (5) Ruang lingkup jasa berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
