Abstract

This research is descriptive research on employees in several companies about job stress, emotional intelligence, creative self-efficacy and employee creativity. There are six companies with several employees active in various fields of work. There are 190 respondents from six active employees in different companies. Based on the research and data analysis used is moderated regression analysis. There are three conclusions from this research:1. job stress has a positive effect on employee creativity, 2.Emotional intelligence has a positive effect on the relationship between job stress and employee creativity and 3. Creative Self-Efficacy has a positive effect on the relationship between job stress and employee creativity. As an implication of the conclusion above s, in order to increase employee creativity during Covid-19 pandemic has on job stress on workplace and how emotional intelligence and creative self-efficacy influences employees.
