Abstract

SUMMARY This research is a study about the effects of incentive fairness, effective training, and effective performance appraisal of employee motivation and job performance. The titles of this study are "Effects of incentive fairness, training effectiveness, and effective performance appraisals on employee motivation and job performance". This research was conducted at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia.Tbk, Kandatel Cilacap. Total respondents from this research are 80 respondents and used questionnaire to retrieve data. The respondents are those who are all workers who work in PT. Telkom Indonesia.Tbk, Kandatel Cilacap. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of this study are as follows: (1) Incentive fairness has a positive effect on employee’s motivation. (2) Incentives fairness has a positive influence on job performance. (3) Effective training has a positive effect on employee’s motivation. (4) Effectiveness of training has a positive effect on job performance. (5) Effective performance appraisal has a positive effect on employee’s motivation. (6) Effective performance appraisal has a positive effect on job performance. (7) Employee’s motivation has a positive effect on job performance. The implications from the conclusion below, suggest that PT. Telkom.Tbk, Kandatel Cilacap must continue and improve the employee empowerment program, because it can give positive feedback to the supervisor. By improving the employee empowerment program, it can improve employee’s motivation and performance especially contract workers, even though in ≤5 years they have to go back to look for a job, they remain comfortable and make every effort to do their work.
