Abstract

This research to determine the influence of employee welfare, financial compensation, leadership style and job satisfaction on the performance of factory employees in the city of Cikarang. The population in this study were bonafide and non-bonafide factory companies in Cikarang. This research uses quantitative methods and the sampling technique use purposive sampling. Data was obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The number of respondents obtained was 384 respondents. The results of the study using IBM SPSS show that: (1) employee welfare has a positive effect on employee performance (2) financial compensation has a negative effect on employee performance; (3) leadership style has a negative effect on employee performance; (4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
